Unsplash offers free (do whatever you want) high-resolution photos. They offer 10 new photos every 10 days and the ability to subscribe to have new pics automatically sent to your inbox.

4. Morguefile – http://www.morguefile.com/

This morgue file contains free high resolution digital stock photographs and reference images for either corporate or public use. The purpose of this site is to provide free image reference material for illustrators, comic book artist, designers, teachers and all creative pursuits.

3. Public Domain Archive – http://publicdomainarchive.com/

PublicDomainArchive.com isn’t so much a stock photo site as a repository and archive for high quality public domain images. Essentially a hub for all high quality public domain images.

2. Free Images – http://www.freeimages.com/

Free images offers over 390,050 stock images. They offer keyword search functionality, but also do a good job of sorting the pictures into categories so that you can easily find multiple pictures for a particular project.

1. Pixabay – https://pixabay.com/en/

Pixabay offers over 430,000 free photos, vectors and art illustrations. Pixabay is a repository for stunning public domain pictures including royalty free stock photos and copyright free vector graphics. You can use any Pixabay image without attribution in digital and printed form, even for commercial applications.
